An important note about this episode. The station's digital recording mechanism was a bit messed up, so the recording of this show sounds, uh, like crap. The recorder was temporarily set too high (not my fault and no way I could have known beforehand really), so this episode is kind of hard to listen to. It's here for TTBTGH completists and for the sake of complete archival coverage only. Our apologies for the technical problem. It has been fixed, I assure you.
Convocation day at the poor man's university, so I'm downtown picking up a hell of an expensive piece of paper, which means that I'm not here doing what I'd much rather be doing, playing music for you. Instead, I've prepared some fine, pre-recorded singer/songwriter action, featuring more new and undiscovered music than you can shake a stick at (although I recommend shaking a stick every now and again anyway, it feels pretty good, so long as you don't hit yourself or anyone else.)
My friends Easily Amused recently had some bad luck when their gear got stolen, but they're playing in town tonight, so to try and remember happier times and hopefully to convince some folks to come check them out, we take another trip in the TTBTGH Time Machine, to revisit a live in-studio visit from February, 2004.
